The company came into existence in 1936 in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. It was established by Stanislaw Wojas. The company was producing cabinets, cupboards, and kitchen and bedroom furniture. In 1994, the company was overtaken by the sons of Stanislaw.

The company concentrates mainly on the production of kitchen and dining room furniture's made of wood. It was presenting its products in furniture markets in Katowice and also in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. From the start of this existing company is a member of a Various Craft Group in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.
